MLF with wine kit?

What is the best way to learn more about this. I would like to try this with my next kit.

If you do much investigation, you will learn that you probably don't want to do this. It may be hard to get started and what you will end up with is a flat, terrible tasting wine. It just isn't recommended. Wine kits are pre acid balanced.
