Mosti AllJuice Shiraz kit, after 3 days of fermenting at 76 F, the wine has gone from .099, 058 to 020. The temp is a little high even though the room ranges between 65 and 72 F. Although the kit instructions states to rack between 040 and 050, the 1 day change was down to .020. Nonetheless, I began to get ready to rack to the glass Carboy after adding the yeast nutrients and squeezing the grapes; <B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal">the yeast nutrients are missing![/B]
I checked all the other kit bags and all the ingredients are there, including the rest of the Shiraz components. I’m very careful with the kits and am very confident that I didn’t misplace the yeast nutrients.
Can I replace the yeast nutrient from my local wine store?
