Hello everyone,


I just noticed as I was completing my last post that I had accumulated 499 posts and this is #500. Thanks to all who have put up with my ignorance and have coached me both directly and indirectly. Thanks to you, I havecreated some pretty tasty wines, and gained some friends!

I can't begin to tell you how much I've learned from the folks here. I have read and reread practically all the different topics and have gained so much information. This forum has made a huge difference in my winemaking!
