Looking for recommendations on an early(er) drinking white while the reds age. I was also contemplating the Luna Bianca but wasn't sure if it was worth the extra $$ if the goal is drinkability in march or april.
 
Whites tend to be ready earlier so I don't think you could go wrong with either kit. You just need to start as soon as you can. BTW, I have heard wonderful things about the Luna & Mezza series. A phone call to George may give you some other products to choose as well.

I have only made one white, the WV Aussie Chard. I ended up bottling on day 40 or so and it was quite good from that day on. I didn't do any topping, just used argon, fwiw.
