Found this. Wasn't sure if anyone has seen this before. Interesting read. Might try it someday.

Sounds good! Anyone ever try it?

Did some quick math using their formula and it will take almost 15 gallons of fresh juice to make 30 375ml bottles. That's also about 5 bushels.

I haven't tried it and not sure if I would, that is a lot of work and a lot of apples
 
I didn't read the entire artical but it sounds like something Tom posted a year ago. Kind of like an alternative way to distill. It actually sounded kind of good.
 
No, it's not a way to increase alcohol level. It is more like a way to make a ice wine only with apples or freeze-concentrated apple juice. Pretty interesting with all the information on how to do it on commercial scale.
