I have made the Apelwine and it turned out great. I looked up the recipe on here for apple cider and the ingredients are very similar except for adding cinnimon stix. I want to make a hard apple cide, similar to hard ciders bought in the store like woodchuck, etc. They are about 5-6 ABV. I would like to bottle in beer bottles. My question is what is the difference? Is it only the ABV and all other steps I did making the wine is the same? The recipe under the "recipe" section was high in ABV. In addition, I read on here about carbonating it before bottling. How do you do this? Any help on this would be appreciated and if anyone what to share their recipe I that would be awesome. Thanks.
