Ok folks,

I'm about to try something new. Going to make some sweet lemon wine. Do you think the sweet n lemon flavor will blend well? I know the lemon will be "citrusy" but will this work u think? Suggestions? Remember, I'm making country wine. No additives besides yeast and sugar.

skeeter pee is made using lemon juice concetrate. have you looked in that section?

Skeeter Pee is definately the way to go! I might also recommend my Dragon Blood recipe in the recipe section. :br

If you add nothing else, you mite want to add nutrient to this. The acidy lemon tends to stress the yeast and make hydrogen sulfide. This is more commonly known as rotten egg smell. it is easier to try and stay away from it than it is to get rid of it. Arne.
