You are the second lilac wine maker I know, ,, and how do you like yours, AK in the wine club has a version that smells good in the primary but at two months I start to think organic and flowers don’t go together.

I get excited every spring with violets, dandelion, redbud, etc. This year I found a new friend with almost a dozen lilac bushes. So, it is a first attempt. We will see if it is enjoyable in the fall.
