He certainly is and there is a lot of terrific information on his site. Beware of his recipes however, especially the amount of sugar. Always check the SG with your hydrometer and aim for 10-12% for fruit wines.

Yes and double the #'s of fruit. Shoot for 1.085 starting gravity
 
I agree, the amount of fruit in those recipes is very low and the amount of sugar is way too high.
 
Less beet sugar (80% of all sugar in the US is made from beets, not sugar cane) and more actual fruit.
 
That is how I found this site by using the google thingy. Pretty good computer terminology huh?

The recipes there are OK and a good start particularly for out of the box wines. I agree that the fruit content is low and SG is high in most of them. You have to remember though that these recipes are all suited to his taste which is highly subjective.
 
Actually more then 3/4 of those recipes arent even his but given to him from other people.
