We had a great turnout yesterday at BenMarl winery, 21 people showed up, some driving an hour or more, many brought their own wine to share and tons of food!
It was a real successful meeting, a lot of talented wine makers that I invited to Wine Making Talk.
We started with a wine tasting, we had over a dozen wines to choose from, thanks to BenMarl Winery, then moved on to the meeting.
We kept it an open forum, and the Head Wine Maker took everyone on a tour of the winery, the fermenting room, barrel room, bottling room, and his lab.
Everyone agreed that they wanted to form a Wine Making and Homebrewing club, so I've officially registered The Hudson Valley Wine & Homebrewers Club with the AHA.
