Hi all. Have a batch of wine that has completely fermented. Added Sparkolloid but the wine still won't clear after 3 rackings. Could the addition of crushed grapes added to the original mixture have done something to the wine that prevents if from clearing? Should I try a differrent substance to clarify the wine? Is it safe to drink. Smells ok. Very dry.
