I am using the following recipe for some concord grapes. the recipe calls for 1 pack of yeast for 25 lbs of grapes. should I use 2 packs for 50 lbs of grapes? I made wine for 15 years and have only used 2 packs for that quantity of grapes is when the first was stuck. thanks

• 25 lbs. Grapes
• Up to 3 gallons of water
• 10 to 13 lbs. sugar
• 5 Campden tablets
• 5 tsp. Yeast Nutrient
• 2-1/2 tsp. dry or 25 drops liquid Pectic Enzyme
• 1 pkg. Wine Yeast
• Potasium Sorbate (used when bottling if adding more sugar)
