In re reading my posts, i found where you had once given me advice in nutrition and energizer. We were talking about beverages made from who knows what!!!!
You told me that the juice from grapes had much of the needed nutrients and in that case a normal dose of nutrient and energizer was sufficient but in other cases more would be needed.
This batch of raspberry was going to get thrown down the sink but i read those posts that day and double dosed it.
It is now under lock and fermenting very well. I guess ill get my 14% whatever in a week or two.
I'm really rusty but glad to be back at it.
