Hi everyone. New to wine making just started my first batch of vinters reserve Cabernet. Hope it turns out well. I've been looking on here and found a lot of really good advice. Thanks to you all. I'll be looking forward to meeting all of you and making many more batch of wine.

Hi Logan, and welcome to the club.

One thought. My first kit, a WE Vintner's Reserve (10 liter kit), I felt it turned out rather "thin" and I wish I had added either a grape pack or a pound of raisins. If you are in primary, you might consider this.
