My name is Mike and I come from Canada. I recently sparked some interest in the making of wine so I decided to go out and purchase a starters equipment kit and try the challenge. Making a batch of some cheap California Red - Prestige to see how I fare.

It seems like a pretty knowledgeable and helpful community so I hope to get to know you guys a little more!
