It is just another work day in my office thinking of the 3 wines already bottled, 5 wines carboy bulk aging, considering when the MM Granbarolo w/raisins and my first Peach fresh fruit willmaketheir debut inthe primaries. I have preordered a MM Meglioli Cabernet Sauvignon as well as considering others andall of this started this past July, only6 months ago. Honestly, I did not knowthe difference between aglass carboyand abetter bottle when I startedbut thanks to George and all of you, I have gaineda wealth of knowledgein a short time and continue to learn daily.
