Grapefruit Wine

Has anyone attempted to make a sparkling grapefruit wine? I know, but I am sitting hear eating a Texas Grapefruit wondering if it has been done.

Made a pink grapefruit last year. Wasnt sparkling though and I did not think it was very good. I did put it in a bottle and will wait another year to pass judgment. It cn only get better. I only made a gallon so not out much.

Will be bottle grapefruit Skeeter Pee Sunday. I haven't really tasted it yet. I was shooting for that grapefruit soda taste also.
