Does anyone have one or two good books they'd recommend on wine making as a reference? Sort of like the equivilent of The Complete Joy Of Homebrewing and The Homebrewer's Companion in the beer making world? They start with basics, but alsomove to more complexissues and really cover from simple kit recipes to complexities to consider in full grain recipes, etc.
I have the "Enjoy Home Winemaking - Instructional How-To Booklet" which has some good basics, but am looking for a good reference to explain more complexities and maybe provide some recipes for fruit based wines, if I ever decide to work that hard
