To those familiar with both the RJS GC Int series and the RJS Winery Series: Looking at a Syrah and a Red Zin and a Merlot. Price difference for three kits is around45 per or 135 for the lot. I have made nearly all the reds in the RJS GC Int series at least once, some more. I have never made a Winery Series Kit. Is there a significant difference in the finished wine from theGC International series kits and the Winery Series Kits?

Yes. Very significant. Winery series will age past 5 years, GCI will not. GCI is ready at 9 months, Winery series is ready at 18 months (or longer). Winery Series is richer, bigger mouthfeel, and has more tannins without additions.
