RJ Spagnols GCI Argentina Malbec Syrah

I made this wine. I don't know what happened - it is very smooth but has no taste. Very bland - I am disappointed I have had good luck making wine and especially RJS brand and I have made a few of the GCI before ( but not the Argentina Malbec Syrah before). Is it suppose to be bland?

I have not made that particular kit, but I have found the 10L + grape skin kits to be lacking in tannins. That leaves them very flat and lifeless. I have started adding some tan cor grand cru to them during aging and it makes a world of difference.

How old is the wine?

6 months old. Bulk aged 5 and bottle 1 month. First time I had a tasteless wine.
