Anyone using a FastFermenter 30l - 7.9g conical for FWK?
I bought the FastFerment conical for Island Mist kits around two years ago. I've made five (5) FWK and they were aggressive fermenting (foam) so I used a 30l or 7.9gallon bucket and not the FastFermenter. Not sure the FastFermenter will hold the foam although its also 30l ..... a spillover while fermenting could result in my instant death from my wife!
I'm not looking to make Foxnews, CNN or ABCnews with a wine making tragedy. Anyone using the conical for FWK?
