I got a Vadai barrel for Christmas so I started trying to plan out how to make sure that I am always using it. Realizing that I needed to solve a resource scheduling problem, I looked for gantt tools with resource scheduling visualizations.

I like it because:
1)it has visualizations for resource utilization and project tracking
2)resolves to the day but scales out
3)notes the project (for me, wine kit) and task, color coded, in the time bar
4)notes the weekends. Which aligns well with when I have time to do stuff.
5)Allows for project notes, so I could add kit instructions, or tweaks that I want to try.
Free for up to 10 resources and unlimited projects. At more than that, it gets downright expensive at $20/mo. So for those who do more than 5 wines at a time, this may not work. But for me, with 2 primaries, 3 carboys, and a Vadai, it works great.
