So I've been a beer brewer for a few years now but I've gone off the chart with wine this fall. Had enough peaches canned from last year so made 6 gallons of peach wine with enough left over so I did another 5 gallons of a peach white concord mix from the grapes on the fence. The mix has cleared and I've racked it after 3 weeks. The peach is still very cloudy and fermenting. Hope it turns out good, sure is a lot of wine for a first go. Can't wait to taste it.
