Freezing grapes?

I am curious as to how any of you freeze grapes to sell. I plan to put 1 acre of vines in this coming spring. I know I have a few years to plan but I like to have my ducks in a row. Being in Michigan does anyone know the laws on selling frozen grapes or must?

Should not be any problem selling in MI. You could sell them at farmers markets under Michigan's cottage food law.

Why would you frreeze them? Sell them fresh or even better yet let the folks come and pick them. Sell them a bit cheaper and save in your costs and laber.
