That creates a lot of gunk imo go to your nearest brew store and get righteous wine yeast i think my local shop sells it for like 68 cents so there is no reason to use baking yeast. You will create better wines with actual wine yeast and it will make your efforts worthwhile.
 
About to order some yeast. The bubbles have started to slow down too! My next batch I'm thinking of a punch style mixing some diffrent fruit juices I think would be interesting.
