I started my first ever batch of strawberry wine last night. It's bubbling away this morning which is a good thing I think
Is it normal to have a bunch of "nasty" looking stuff at the top of the fermentation bucket during this process? I attached pics to see what I'm referring to. When I stir it up daily should I stir this stuff back down into the liquid? Thanks for the help in advance!!
