Finally the Dandelion wine finished fermentin after 8 week. It has now bees set aside in the cellar, first racking in a week or two.
SG 1110 - FG 1040 that's about 9,5% vol. At 18 - 22 degrees celcius.
Was hoping for 14 % vol. but as log at it tastes good I'll be satisfied.

You mite want to keep on checkin the s.g. for a while. With the residual sugar and low abv it could very well keep on fermentin. I'd stick it away and check on it in a couple of weeks or a month. If it is still falling, let it sit til it is done. I would worry about it starting up again when I bottle it. That is just me, but have had them restart. It can be more than just a bit messy. Good luck with it, Arne.

Fermenting since 21.05.2013, almost two months. Getting at bit irretated now.

What is the SG?

I had a batch of hibiscus (another floral wine) that fermented for 2-3 months one time. In the end it was great.

It's stuck at SG 1038, still bubbeling, but I think it's just degassing. I've removed the airlock and started racking.
