I stopped by a friends to pick grapes and was told they were concord. when i looked around and sampled some i came to the conclusion there were four different verieties. I happily picked 10 gallons of a mix. some were concord but some were much deaper purple and tasted kinda wineish, not as sweet and there were reds that tasted kinda wineish. I've never ate any wine grapes so I dont know how they should taste. Maybe they were to ripe. I plan to mix them into one wine but if they were too ripe are they still good to make wine?
