Just sharing...this is my first port kit. So far so good. Does anyone know the basic grape blend? I could probably enjoy it as is. I racked it and had enough left to fill a glass of semi yeasti wine. It's in the fridge hoping a little cold crash will seperate the yeast out soon. Can't wait to add the chocolate Orange flavor. I'll probably skip the brandy fortification most of you guys do on this first kit....wife doesn't really like true ports so I'm trying to keep it??????more girly?????

Added dextrose at 1.020 but didn't take an sg reading after.
Current sg 1.015 into the carboy. Is this a new kit from wine expert?
I really LOVE the 3 gallon carboy. If any wine kit makers are listening....you should make premium wine kits in 3 gallon sizes. That would be awesome.
