Got the wife to help pick some cherries on Sunday. Birds picked clean the few bushes we weren't able to net but we managed 33lbs this go round. A of uneven ripeness so we have at least as much left under the nets. Planning on getting back to them in another week or so. Since my wife likes to take pics......:h

Are those regular cherries or chokecherries? Standing flat footed and picking is disgusting. We spent about 4 hours on July 4th and 5th standing on ladders and scaffolds picking. Looks like you are going to get a nice crop. Cherry wine is good, one of my favorites. Racked mine out of primary yesterday. Ours were pie cherries, not sweet. Good luck with yours, Arne.

These are Nanking cherries.

Greg, if you want to make the trek you can have them.

I would but I suspect by the time I could arrange my schedule to get over there they would be past.
