I want to get another red going ... anyone make a great Cab?
I'm thinking about the pre-order MM

I have had my eye on the same kit. I would also like some input on it. maybe I should call George on monday.

The more reds I try the less whites I seem to buy … maybe it’s just the cool weather. My daughter’s 23 year old collage friend said that I will grow up and be drinking Cab’s before you know it. At first I laughed … but now I’m thinking she may be right.

I have the WE Sonoma Cab with crushendo bulk aging. the flavors the last time I racked it were amazing. very young but very promising.

Cellar Craft Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. Comes with crushed grape pack and two tpes of oak including Hungarian cubes for long term aging. I had a taste of this wine at 6 weeks of age and it was wonderful. I am becoming a fan of Hungarian oak.

I enjoy the notes of vanilla and roasted coffee. I also think that the mouth feel is smoother than other oaks.
