I'm making something close to it only I used steamed juice and it is coming out good so far. it's only been aging 6 months so far but has good flavor and body.
Add more berries than Jacks recipe calls for(5 to 6 pounds per gallon) Don't forget the F-pak berries you save. Blue Berries need to finish a little sweet to get good flavor. Be careful not to try to make if to high AVB. It will ruin the taste
