I just did a ph and ta test on my blueberry wine that has been in the carboy for 3 months. The ph was 3.00 and the ta.9.It seems way out of wack.Is there anything I can do to correct this. the wine tastes very strong

I am sure Wade or someone with Blueberry wine experience will respond shortly.

Did you add acid to this? Those numbers arent hat far out of line though, Id let it ferment out and then check again after fermentation and if need be adjust then with potassium bicarbonate.
