I have been asked by someone very important to me to make a port wine for Christmas. Is it possible in this amount of time? If it is, what kit is the best to make it with? Thanks.

The LaBodega is better than the WE, but it will take longer if you fortify it. If you want it ready for Christmas, I would go with the WE port kit and get started on it, pronto!

Im sure it would be good for Christmas but would obviously be better
with more time. As far as which kit, I've heard only good thing about
the MM La Bodega! Ive heard that the W.E is okay too. The MM is a
little more money but is an all-juice kit with no water added and
minimum time says 3 months. The W.E Port is a 7.5 liter kit so you are
adding a little over a gal. of water and also recommends a 3 month min
time. The MM has a lower sweetness rating and a lower oak rating while
the WE kit has a much higher sweetness rating with a little higher oak
rating which probably smoothes it out a little. Any one out there done
both and have a side by side comparison? Personally I would go with the
MM kit and design the label with a DO NOT OPEN TILL NEXT CHRISTMAS
DESIGN!

Wish I could help you but right now I can't. I have both kits. Have the MM going. Haven't started the WE yet. I have heard great reviews about both. I have heard the MM kit exceeds the WE kit though but as stated, the WE kit is very good and for your time frame, I wouldn't hesitate to make the WE kit.
