Apple Wine

I'm thinking that an apple wine or apple cider wine sounds yummy! Does anyone have recipe they want to share? I would be using a juice or cider....I'm not juicing apples on my own! Also, are these wines super sweet? I'm not looking for a sweet wine.

In our recipe section here. I make mine sweet and dry. Different folks like different things. You can back sweeten to .998 and 1.005 (example) for 2 different wines. Entirely up to you.

Didn't juice the apples in our last batch. Cored them and cut them up.

Wine turned out fabulous IMO.

I understand. I just meant that you don't HAVE to juice or crush your apples off the tree to make a good apple wine. JMO.
