Other Altering a kit?

Hi,

I am going to be bottling a Argentia Ridge Merlot Kit this weekend. It is clearing now.

And I would like to try to turn a couple of bottles into a "Raspberry Merlot" just to try it out.

Is this possible?
How would I go about it?

You could always take slightly less than a gallon and add a can of frozen Welches Raspberry/grape juice. Let it sit in the gallon bottle (under air-lock, of course) until you are sure that fermentation has not re-started or you will have bottle bombs.

What about raspberry flavoring? What is it and would it work?

You would probably also want to add 2 grams of sorbate and a little kmeta
