After bulk ageing my MM Barolo (Renaissance) for five months, I bottled it last week. I am amazed at how good it tastes at such a young age.

Can't wait tosee what it tastes like inanother6 months or so. Will definitely do this one again. As always, great recommendation, George!

Barolo is a great wine, I havent tried that kit yet but have heard nothing but goo things about these MM Ren kits and the Vinifera for their size.

I did a VN Barolo last year and amvery impressed! I currently have a MM Riserva Barolo in 2ndary fermentation now and can't wait to sample it.

I have a Vinefera Noble Barolo that has been bulk aging for 30 days. Your post makes me want to move it along to bottle but...patience. I'm going to wait...I'm going to wait...I am going to wait!
