I love pineapple, and I was wondering if anyone has a recipe for making some pineapple wine from frozen chunks you would by in a bag from a grocery store, I can get it at a reasonable price from Costco. I tried searching for some recipes but everything I find uses canned or fresh pineapple. Has anyone tried this? How many lbs/gal etc...
