Hello all!

I love pineapple, and I was wondering if anyone has a recipe for making some pineapple wine from frozen chunks you would by in a bag from a grocery store, I can get it at a reasonable price from Costco. I tried searching for some recipes but everything I find uses canned or fresh pineapple. Has anyone tried this? How many lbs/gal etc...:?
 
I double the fruit in almost every recipe...if it calls for 4, i use 8...
Another thing i do is if i make a 3 gallon recipe,. i add 3 gallons of water first.
Then my sugar and fruit, that way i end up with about 4 after i remove the fruit bag....., 3 for wine, 1 for topping off.
Just saying....

If i did it the other way....add fruit sugar and water to 3 gallons...i would not get 3 gallons after remove fruit bag..usually.
 
I did a 5 gallon batch of mango, and used 30 lbs of mangos
I did a 5 gallon batch of peach and used 25 lbs...both were excellent.
