Went and picked 50lbs of plums this evening and will start the process of turning them into wine tomorrow. I love FREE fruit.

have a batch brewing now, sitting in a six gallon carboy coming along nicely

I have them all crushed, deseeded and fermenting away in a big covered container right now. I will probably press them Monday or Tuesday time permitting.

How did you process the loquats? I just finished with 2 full five gallon buckets of loquats. I squeezed out the seeds then squeezed out the insides. I discarded the seeds and skins.

I just crushed, squeezed out the seeds and fermented the pulp and the skins.

So jealous. If you ever need a taster, ship a bottle my way!! Perhaps one day my loquat plant will bear fruit. I was given a free seedling at the end of last year's season, and it is now standing a foot tall in its pot. I love to watch it grow.
