Greetings from the Green Kalahari
Hi guys... I stumbled onto this great forum while looking for a recipe for raisin wine... didn't find one (except one with rice), but I sure found a whole lot more than I was looking for! A little about myself... I am VERY new to wine making in a sense... only started fermenting grapes 4 days...- Martiens

What are you making and what have you made ???
What am I making... New kid on the block... Lots of experience in liqueurs, brandies & infusions... craft brewing since 2014, but fermented my first grapes in March of 2015. Currently Fermenting: Hanepoot Raisins (25L) (To be fortified with Hanepoot brandy) Very Late Harvest Tinta Barroca...- Martiens
