I haven't heard anyone talking about this one for a while. Mine has been bulk aging for about 6 months and I'll be bottling in the not too distant future... just wondering if you folks have anything much to say about the final product. Thanks:-)

I've got a WE Australian Petit Verdot I just racked into the secondary a few days ago. There is a small patch of white bubbles on the the edge of the wine. If I tilt the carboy slightly a white cloudy smear results. It has not grown in size since it appeared a couple days ago. Wondering if...
