    Dragon blood not fermenting

    I had a successful first dragon blood. This time I mixed the same ingredients on 3/7. Only difference was I changed the frozen fruits to "aldis" brand tropical fruit. Pitched yeast 3/8. Stirred and squeeze bag as instructed. Temp around 70, sp was 1.080.

    Db started 2/10

    I started my Db on 2/10 per dangers recipe except the full amount of lemon juice.I pitched the yeast on 2/11. Starting sg was 1.080. Today it's a bit under, I'd say 1.078. Nice crown of yeast present on top of liquid. Temps have all been around 75. Smells very "yeastie" in room.

    Campden tablets

    Can campden tablets be used to clean and or sterilize my primary and equipment? Looking to start my first kit, and the store told me I could. Wondering how many tablets, and how long to soak?
