I have been asked about purchasing my wine. So far, I have only given mine away. However, the thought of selling the bottles just to cover the cost is intriguing. What are the laws in doing this? I live in Florida.

I made a newbie mistake and have a very large ABV (like 14.4), I tried to stop the fermentation, but it just started back up. Any suggestions as to reduce the alcohol content? It is a blueberry pomegranate that was started with concentrate. I just put too much sugar in it.

Ok, why are my foil caps coming apart from the top disk? I used a heat gun and everything looks great except for the disk at the top which has come loose. Are these just cheap foil caps?

Ok so I live on a lake with well water (heavy tannin and hard) so I have a salt water softening system. Is there a filter system I can put on it so I can use the tap water? RO or DI? If I get an RO system, I can fill up 5 gallons at a time and store. But is that good enough to pull off the salt?
