We just finished adding the bentonite and the directions say the specific gravity and temp should be 1.080 - 1.090, and we are at 1.060 and 15 deg Celsius . Is this anything we should be concerned with or do anything to get it closer to the directions

This will be my first attempt at making my own wine. The kit I purchased came with two small packets, easy clean no rinse cleaner, and campden tablets. I wanted to know if there are any other chemicals I should use for the first time? I have not started yet I just want to have everything before...
