I just got an All juice Pinot Grigio that comes in the bucket. I was wondering if I could ferment it in the bucket it came in or do I need to use my primary?

I agree. I have the automatic bottle filler. I've always had to stop it or it'll overflow. Other than that it still works pretty good.

Yea I rinse it really good after I use it. All the metal looks fine. When I've used it before it took a few pumps to get it working. It just wouldn't work yesterday or today. I took it apart multiple times. I did notice the spring is bent a little. Could that have anything to do with it? I'll...

I was bottling last night & I put the Vinator together but it wouldn't pump any kmeta through. Does anyone know what might be wrong? It's worked on previous wines I've bottled.

I'll probably just save bottles with my labels & others I've found come off easy. If it requires scraping I won't use that bottle. It'll save my arms & hands too. I only use bottles that have been rinsed immediately after use too, Mark. Plus it would make my husband happy to have part of the...

I just got through bottling kit # 5 & I'm bottling #6 tomorrow. I've used recycled bottles for every red kit I've made & maybe a case of recycled clear bottles. I'm at the point now where I'm questioning if it's really worth the time & effort of scraping labels? Does anyone else feel this way too?

I tried port for the 1st time around christmas & really liked it. I was wondering how long it can be open (vacuumed sealed) before it oxidizes?

Don't top up til after you degas. I always use a like wine when I top up.

I always put an airlock in just to keep anything from getting into my wine. I do wait to snap the lid down though. I'm sure others will chime in as well.

Is it ok to sanitize bottles the night before your going to bottle? Or should I wait & sanitize right before I bottle? Thanks

Yep it's the masters edition.

Mike- I got the Alljuice OV cab in today. The juice country of origin is USA. The grapepack box says from California. This kit as a pretty big grapepack. It says it's 4Kg. Really looking forward to see how this 1 turns out. It's my 1st all juice kit.

Mike- I'll let you know the origin when it gets here. I just ordered it. Sad thing is I can't make it til I bottle 1 of my other wines in Nov. My husband thinks 4 wines bulk aging at 1 time is enough. He just doesn't get it!! ;)
