Hi Julie,
I made my sweet cherry wine and was thinking instead of adding choc to this one I would add vanilla. I'm thinking it would taste better If I make a tart cherry to mix with the choc. What are your thoughts on this idea?

I have a 3 year old and we did put some things on hold. But we are slowly getting back to doing things again. My smoker broke and we moved. Now I'm waiting for my husband to build a new one out of block and bricks. I can't wait for that project to be finished!!
