    I have a wine I made with fresh fruit and berries. it has fermented down below an SG of 1.00. What store bought juice could I use to add some flavor and sweetness? Is this going to decrease the alcohol content if I add a gallon of juice to my 3 gallons of wine? thank you!

    Here is what i did I added 3 pounds of frozen strawberries to 5 cups of simple syrup boiling (10 cups of sugar). Let cool. Added cool water to 3 gallons. Sg is at 1.07. I added my yeast with the fresh fruit still in there. Is this ok so far? How long can I leave the fruit floating in my primary?

    Is it possible to use an artificial sugar instead of real sugar? Or could I use a juice sweetened with Splenda or similar to make a juice wine? would that work?

    So after I clean my bottles and give a kmeta spray, do I need to let the bottles dry completely before filling? Do I need to rinse out the kmeta too? Thanks!

    Just curious if trying to clear it before I stabilize it would cause any problems. if I added the bentonite yesterday, how long until I should add the potassium sorbabte? Then how long after that do I bottle?

    I have a batch of grape concentrate going right now. It was started on October 25th. SG was great! On November 5th my sg was 1.08. On November 17th the SG was at .996. I added the bentonite to begin clearing the wine before I added the potassium sorbate. Did I screw up? Is this ok? Thanks!
