Other Vinoka Hard Cranberry Lemonade kit....help

This is the kind of info I am looking for. Is it possible to make it flat? Will it be worth it? I could make as per the non-sparkling version, but then I would need to cut with soda each drink. Traveling to a BBQ would be a hassle and a pain :-( double to pack.

Other Vinoka Hard Cranberry Lemonade kit....help

Thanks Steve, I will give them a call tomorrow and see what I can figure out. As for the store, I cannot see them being much help. Not a "Brew on Site". Tanya

Other Vinoka Hard Cranberry Lemonade kit....help

Can I just make the kit as per instructions for the 23l and then at the end instead of sweetening, carbinating, and then bottling it.... just back sweeten to taste and bottle it? It wouldn't be "sparkling" but I have made hard lemonade and hard lime (both "Wicked" brand) that were not intended...

Other Vinoka Hard Cranberry Lemonade kit....help

Hi, I just picked up the " Vinoka Hard Cranberry Lemonade kit" and I wasn't really sure what I was picking up. I got the kit home and read the instructions and found that I need a carbonator. I don't have a carbonator and following the instructions that tell me to make it at 11.5 L (instead of...

You have a very good point. I think my father-in-law might have some gallon jugs. Do you happen to have with web address? Thanks :-)

Looking to venture into new territory ... non kit wine making

So I made some kits and enjoyed the process but would like to make some fruit wine from scratch. I would really like some fruit recipes that I could potentially drink this summer by the pool. Must be... 1. easy cuz I am a newbie :-) and 2. For a 6 gallon batch - I only have 6 gallon carboys...

    Marking Carboys

On my carboys I use name tag holders (the kind on a string that you wear around your neck) with the string shortened. In the holder I put a 2inch x4inch shipping label will type of wine and all the dates on it. Next time I just remove that label and put in a new one (I leave the back on so it is...

    Dating your wine bottles...Suggestions anyone?

I would but then I would still have to pull the wine off the rack to see the label. I have a rack that I can stack 4 high / shelf, that is the reason I was thinking about on the shrink.

    Dating your wine bottles...Suggestions anyone?

So I was looking at my wine rack the other day when I was adding my most recently bottled wine to it and realized that I need to create / use a dating system. So far, I haven't been making my own labels and I am not sure if I will start, but I do need a way to date my bottles so I drink the...

    Bucket versus Carboy?

Hi. The kits I have are 4 week kits... would like to have them bottled and put away by the holiday season. Not "ready to drink". I have 1 bucket and 5 carboys, so I could potentially bulk age 1 or 2 of them as well.

    Bucket versus Carboy?

I have 3 kits I would like to startso I can have them bottled by Christmas, but only one bucket. Is there any reason why I cannot start 1 or 2 kits in a carboy? FYI the kits I have to start are: Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and White Zinfindal. Also if I can use the carboys, which should go in...
