    quick question about temp

    i was able to get my refridgerator to hold 65* my chardonay is currently fermenting at 75* do you see any problem with moving it to the refridgerator to ferment at a cooler temp? will it put any type of shock on it? i added the yeast wend night.

    Question about odor

    Im getting ready to do my first batch of chardonay.... and i was wondering is there a bad odor that comes off the wine during fermentation that will make a bedroom smell bad and linger around for a long time if i was to do it in a room?
