Instead of putting 1/4 teaspoon of potassium metabisulfite for 5 gallons, I had a brainlock and put 3/4 of a teaspoon in 5 gallons. Any idea how it will affect my wine?

I just finished this year's first batch of Muscadine wine. The color is a perfect ruby red and the taste is wonderful. I hope it makes it until Christmas :dg If it doesn't survive, I've got 11 gallons behind this one :)
